Classes are conveniently offered at five different times on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All classes are supervised by registered nurses and exercise physiologists knowledgeable in exercise physiology and heart health. Class size is limited to eight participants or less for maximum individual attention. Close individual supervision includes continuous cardiac monitoring and frequent blood pressure checks.
